Persistent Option
Global Tags have Persistent option.
If Persistent option is enabled, value is saved during run time and restored each time Deskval Workbench is started.
If Persistent option is not enabled, they are Zero Initialized when Deskval Workbench is started.

Editing a Tag
Double Clicking an item or Button 
will open the Edit dialog for the selected item.
